Matthew Murphy is the visionary behind Global Nutrition Value (GNV), a regulatory-grade AI and health-tech ecosystem redefining how the world understands, governs, and trusts food. A chef-turned-technologist, Matthew’s career spans 35 years of international culinary leadership across brands like Ritz-Carlton, Marriott International, and Pillows Hotels, coupled with advanced academic credentials, including Digital Health, Master’s degrees in Applied Nutrition and IT Management.

From the kitchens of five-star hotels to the design of cryptographically secure global food intelligence systems, Matthew has built GNV into a platform capable of unifying recipes, regulations, and real-world safety at scale. Under his leadership, GNV has evolved into a regulatory-grade trust network that integrates AI, cryptographically, immutable audit chains, and financial-grade uptime guarantees to serve enterprises, regulators, and consumers alike.
