Our Gender Equality Plan (GEP) underscores our commitment to creating a supportive environment where everyone has equal opportunities to grow, contribute, and thrive. Additionally, our nutrition services are designed to support the well-being of all employees. Below are the key aspects of our GEP, structured into three sections for clarity, along with important terms and conditions that guide our practices.

Our commitments include: Promoting Balance: Ensuring gender diversity across all roles and leadership positions. Equal Pay: Guaranteeing fair and transparent pay practices with equal pay for equal work. Inclusive Leadership: Encouraging diverse representation in decision-making roles. Flexibility and Support: Providing flexible work arrangements and equal parental leave for all employees. Awareness and Training: Conducting regular training sessions on unconscious bias, inclusivity, and gender equality, as well as ensuring that our nutrition services align with our values. We also maintain clear terms and conditions to support these initiatives.

To turn our commitments into reality and promote gender equality, we are implementing the following key actions: Recruitment and Advancement: We aim for a 50:50 gender balance in hiring and leadership roles, supported by mentorship programs for career growth within our nutrition services. Policy Review: We are continuously evaluating and updating our workplace policies to ensure they promote inclusivity and fairness. Data Monitoring and Transparency: We will collect and analyse data on gender representation, pay equity, and leadership diversity to identify areas for improvement. Annual Reporting: We will publish a Gender Equality Report to track progress and share updates on our initiatives, while also ensuring compliance with our terms and conditions.
